Andrea M. Paone

Andrea Paone focuses her practice on the defense of insurance companies, self-insured corporations and businesses in a wide variety of civil litigation, including first-party auto No-Fault (PIP), third-party auto negligence, insurance coverage disputes, Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP) Servicing Insurer Defense, and MACP Servicing Insurer Subrogation. She manages a heavy caseload of high-stakes auto negligence and personal injury claims from notice stage through trial and appeals. 

Andrea brings more than a decade of diverse legal experience, having worked as a lawyer in private law firms, various roles from paralegal, law clerk, and attorney in the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, FSA Federal supporting the U.S. Attorney’s Office - Eastern District of Michigan, as well as working as an assistant director of career development at Wayne State University Law School.
