Anthony Casaletta focuses his practice at Novara Law on the defense of insurance companies, self-insured corporations and businesses in a wide variety of civil litigation, including first-party auto No-Fault (PIP), third-party auto negligence, insurance coverage disputes, Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP) Servicing Insurer Defense, and MACP Servicing Insurer Subrogation.
Anthony has an extensive background in environmental, safety and occupational health management. Prior to joining Novara Law, he assisted law firm clients in responding to various regulatory agency investigations involving wage and hour claims, employee discrimination, and workplace safety issues. He also spent six years within Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA)'s Construction Safety and Health Division as a health supervisor, asbestos program manager, and industrial hygienist.
He was a co-professor of graduate-level courses on occupational safety and health at Wayne State University's College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
