Benjamin Craig focuses his practice in first and third-party No-Fault claims, insurance defense, civil litigation, and workers' compensation.
Benjamin constantly strives to further his knowledge and specialization in the Michigan No-Fault field of law. Through his attention to detail, organization, strong work-ethic, and prompt response time, he has earned a reputation as an effective advocate on his clients' behalf.
Benjamin has consistently been successful in preparing and arguing Motions for Summary Disposition on behalf of his clients. In a lawsuit wherein the Plaintiff falsely claimed more than $600,000.00 in cervical and lumbar spine injuries, Benjamin successfully argued that Plaintiff’s claims were fraudulent, leading to the dismissal of the entire claim.
Then when Plaintiff filed its Motion for Reconsideration based on the new precedent set by Haydaw v Farm Bureau Insurance Company, _Mich App._ (For Publication July 9, 2020, Docket # 345516), Benjamin’s argument that the Plaintiff’s fraudulent conduct started before litigation, as set forth in Butross Dawood Fashho v. Liberty Mut. Ins. Co., __ Mich App __ (2020), led to the denial Plaintiff’s Motion.
