James McCoy’s practice is primarily focused on civil litigation, including first- and third-party no-fault claims, general negligence, premises liability, and all areas of insurance defense and coverage.
He represents national insurance carriers. He has a keen attention to detail and has developed inventive arguments to obtain summary disposition in multiple Michigan courts for various national insurance companies. He also assists corporate clients in business law matters and general business law litigation.
