Khara Moody has a proven track record of negotiating and litigating successful outcomes for clients having  experience in counseling clients involved in commercial disputes, including breach of contract, business torts, and employment matters, as well as civil litigation and family law. 

At Novara Law, she focuses her practice on the defense of insurance companies, self-insured corporations and businesses in a wide variety of civil litigation, including first-party auto No-Fault (PIP), third-party auto negligence, insurance coverage disputes, Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP) Servicing Insurer Defense, and MACP Servicing Insurer Subrogation.
