Overview

Kiersten Reinhold's practice focuses on appellate litigation, including the defense of insurance companies, self-insured corporations and businesses in a wide variety of civil litigation, including first-party auto No-Fault (PIP), third-party auto negligence, insurance coverage disputes, Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP) Servicing Insurer Defense, and MACP Servicing Insurer Subrogation.

She has diverse experience prior to joining the firm. She has prior experience in appellate litigation and complex motion practice, involving labor and employment disputes; professional liability; construction; and general liability matters in addition to first-party PIP and third-party negligence. She worked as an investigation and enforcement intern at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as a law clerk at the city of Pittsburgh Law Department and judicial intern for The Hon. Judge Wojcik in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. In 2020, she served as a legal intern for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Oversight and Reform Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis.
