Overview
Kimberly Carmack has devoted her 20+ year legal career exclusively to the practice of insurance defense litigation. She has handled nearly all aspects of insurance defense including premises liability, products liability, automobile theft, fire loss, mold litigation, dog bites, and third-party No-Fault automobile negligence cases. Her passion lies with the defense of first-party PIP and UM/UIM cases, particularly cases under special investigation for medical fraud and excessive medical treatment. She has extensive expertise deposing physicians in those circumstances and aggressively defending her clients against fraud.
As a seasoned trial attorney, Kimberly has successfully achieved No-Cause verdicts on behalf of clients relative to auto theft and first-party PIP cases.
Kimberly has been approved and routinely serves as a defense case evaluation panelist for the Macomb County Circuit Court. She has also been appointed and has served as a defense arbitrator on behalf of multiple insurance companies.
Throughout her career, she has been invited to author articles, host webinars and speak at insurance industry events relative to No-Fault insurance issues.
