Patrick Mulcahy has concentrated his practice on defense litigation for 35 years. He specializes in motor vehicle litigation, including first and third-party litigation, as well as coverage and declaratory actions, general liability litigation, premises liability litigation, subrogation litigation and other insurance matters. In his career, he has litigated claims for numerous insurers and private entities throughout the entire state of Michigan.
Patrick has donated many hours of time to various Detroit-area volunteer attorney programs, including WJR Radio’s Call for Action program. He is frequently appointed as a facilitator and is a case evaluator for Wayne and Washtenaw Counties. He is also often selected as an arbitrator for private arbitrations. He has been a presenter numerous times at NASP Michigan Chapter seminars, as well as at the NASP National Conference.
