Overview

Solomon Luwoye focuses his practice on the defense of insurance companies in a wide variety of civil litigation, including first-party auto No-Fault (PIP), third-party auto negligence, insurance coverage disputes, and Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP) Servicing Insurer Defense.

Prior to joining Novara, Solomon clerked at a national subrogation law firm and also served as an extern for The Hon. Cynthia D. Stephens at the Michigan Court of Appeals.

Solomon also worked as an insurance advisor/broker prior to commencing law school and is experienced in advising clients regarding insurance coverages, as well as making coverage recommendations based on client needs and relevant factors.
