Andrew E. Tetreau

Andrew Tetreau focuses his practice on the defense of insurance companies, self-insured corporations, and businesses in a wide variety of civil litigation, including first-party auto No-Fault (PIP), third-party auto negligence, insurance coverage disputes, Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP) Servicing Insurer Defense, and MACP Servicing Insurer Subrogation. 

Before joining Novara Law, he worked as an attorney at the second-largest insurance club in North America, handling all aspects of litigation for the Group, its affiliates, and insureds, in state courts. He also has extensive experience in e-discovery.
