Overview

Brittny Carter brings 10 years of experience with a diverse background that includes plaintiff and defense work. Most recently, she was in-house counsel for a national insurance company where she focused on the investigation of fraudulent claims.

Prior to going in-house, she was a lawyer at private law firms representing local municipalities as their defense counsel and district court prosecutor, working in estate planning and elder law services, and representing the plaintiff's side in insurance claims.

She has experience in jury trials both in the criminal and civil divisions, as well as municipal law, labor & employment law, constitutional rights, business law, landlord/tenant law, and contract law. She was a law clerk for the U.S. Air Force JAG.
