Casey R. Krause

Casey Krause brings 20 years of experience in insurance defense to the firm having developed an expertise in defending the Michigan Assigned Claims Plan and its servicing insurers at the trial court and appellate level. He has represented every insurer - at various times in his career - who participate in the Plan. Throughout his career, Casey has handled nearly all aspects of insurance defense including first and third-party, general negligence, premises liability, underinsured/uninsured motorist cases and medical malpractice.
