Overview
Christina Woodward handles first-party PIP, third-party automobile negligence, and fraud/SIU matters for the defense of insurance companies, self-insured corporations, and businesses in a wide variety of civil litigation
She is experienced in drafting motions and status reports, providing claim analysis, conducting depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and researching and drafting memoranda, including analyzing the changes to fraud defenses and social media investigations for personal injury claimants.
Christina also gained valuable experience working as a student attorney for the Business and Community Law Clinic and the Free Legal Aid Clinic.
