Overview
Heather Powers brings diverse experience to the firm having clerked at both a local law firm focusing on Michigan No-Fault cases and a regional governmental entity where she handled a variety of matters including FCC compliance, FOIA requests, employment matters, governmental regulation and compliance, governmental contract regulations and ADA.
Currently she handles all aspects of insurance defense from first and third-party, premises liability, underinsured and uninsured motorist claims and contract disputes.
