At Novara Law, Kevin Laidler focuses his practice on the defense of insurance companies, self-insured corporations and businesses in a wide variety of civil litigation, including first-party auto No-Fault (PIP), third-party auto negligence, insurance coverage disputes, Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP) Servicing Insurer Defense, and MACP Servicing Insurer Subrogation.
He has over 20 years of experience that ranges from private practice, managing his own firm, to public service. He is admitted to all courts in Michigan and has handled cases alone pro hac vice or in concert with other attorneys in state courts in Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Florida, U.S. District Court for Southern District of West Virginia, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
