Melissa Durity has devoted her career to the defense of national insurance carriers and the investigation of fraudulent claims. Melissa has jury trial trial experience having first-chaired a trial for a national insurance company.
Her practice focuses on insurance defense, including first-party no-fault benefit claims, uninsured motorist benefit claims, underinsured motorist claims, and third-party automobile negligence claims.
