Mohamed Sabbagh focuses his practice on the defense of insurance companies, self-insured corporations, and businesses in a wide variety of civil litigation, including first-party auto No-Fault (PIP), third-party auto negligence, insurance coverage disputes, Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP) Servicing Insurer Defense, and MACP Servicing Insurer Subrogation. 

He has extensive experience in business law, including corporate mergers & acquisitions and litigation, real estate law, criminal law, and personal injury work. Early in his career, he worked at the Washtenaw County Public Defender’s Office and Wayne County Prosecutor's Office.
