Rachel M. McMahan

Rachel McMahan focuses her practice on the defense of insurance companies and their insureds in a wide variety of civil litigation, including first-party auto coverage, third-party negligence, and other insurance coverage disputes. As a former, and still licensed, claims analyst, she understands the importance of investigative efforts in pre-litigation phases and understands the benefits of working towards a quick resolution within the litigation process, where possible. Her unique perspective assists in identifying and upending cases of fraud and misrepresentation via detailed analysis and strategic negotiating efforts.

In addition to her practice in first-party no-fault and third-party automobile negligence, Rachel also has extensive experience with premises, products, and liquor liability matters.
