Overview
At Novara Law, Thomas Goffas focuses his practice on the defense of insurance companies, self-insured corporations and businesses in a wide variety of civil litigation, including first-party auto No-Fault (PIP), third-party auto negligence, insurance coverage disputes, Michigan Assigned Claims Plan (MACP) Servicing Insurer Defense, and MACP Servicing Insurer Subrogation.
He has experience as a summer judicial intern in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan for The Hon. Stephen J. Murphy III, as well as for The Hon. Eric Cholack in the Third Circuit Court of Detroit.
