Novara Tesija & Catenacci’s Real Estate department closed $180 million in Commercial Real Estate transactions through the 3rd Quarter of 2019.
Attorneys Heather M. Dorn, Katina Gorman and Betsy Vendittelli negotiated the acquisition of multiple commercial real estate properties in 2019. The representative properties, which are leased to state and federal agencies and technological companies, had an aggregate purchase price of $180 million. The most recent transaction represents the 110th government-leased transaction that the firm has handled since 2011.
