Overview
Benjamin Wyss focuses his practice on the defense of first-party, no-fault and automobile negligence suits.
He served as a judicial staff attorney to The Honorable Judge Hala Jarbou in Oakland County from 2019-2020, before she was appointed to the Federal bench. He also served as judicial law clerk to The Honorable Judge John Murphy in Wayne County from 2018-2019. He has drafted approximately three hundred opinions and bench memoranda on summary disposition motions, including numerous cases involving first-party no-fault and automobile negligence issues.
