Overview

Eric Wagman concentrates his practice in commercial general liability defense litigation. He has extensive experience representing commercial insureds in lawsuits involving premises liability, trucking and auto negligence, dram shop violations, professional negligence, and product liability claims through all phases of litigation, including discovery, settlement negotiations, facilitation, trial, and appeal. He has also handled commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, conversion claims, and commercial fraud violations.

A Michigan native, Eric was initially admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey in 2009, where he spent the first five years of his career representing governmental and business entities in litigation matters and regulatory compliance, as well as commercial insureds in both state and federal courts in both states, litigating matters involving general and professional negligence, premises liability, institutional abuse, employment discrimination, constitutional torts, and other matters.

He also handles complex litigation of trust and estate matters and other probate disputes throughout the state of Michigan, representing fiduciaries and interested parties in contested guardianships and conservatorships, will contests, trust disputes, and contested estates.

Eric is a strong advocate and is known for taking an analytical and detail-oriented approach to achieve the best results for all of his clients.
