Overview
Maggie Kelly is a member of the firm's Employee Benefits/ERISA group. She focuses her practice on all aspects of employee benefits, with a focus on health and welfare plans. She also has experience with financial litigation, estate planning, and real estate litigation and transactions.
During her time in law school, Maggie worked pro bono as an intern for the Solutions-Oriented Domestic Violence Court in the Wayne County Circuit Court. She was also on the executive board of the Journal of Law in Society as an executive article editor during her final year of law school.
