Randi Davis is a true litigator who feels most at home at the courtroom, having represented national insurance companies in courts across Michigan.
Overview
The majority of Randi's practice is focused on the defense of first-party and third-party automobile negligence claims, along with general liability, products liability, and premises liability actions.
She also provides pre-suit litigation planning and advice, handles EUOs and SIU investigations, and draft corporate documents for file handing.
Randi handles some of the most unique claims in the office, including a negligent burial action, dog bites, and other discrete areas of negligence jurisprudence. She has successfully obtained summary disposition on issues such as misrepresentations, rescission, and fraud.
