Novara Insurance Defense Lawyers Present at IASIU Michigan Fraud Conference

Partners Robert Abramson, Frederick Livingston and Marc McDonald are presenting on fraud investigations at a Michigan Chapter IASIU conference on October 19, 2023. The IASIU is a non-profit organization with a mission to combat insurance fraud.

The day-long conference agenda will focus on "Creating a P.A.T.H. (PIP, Auto, Theft, Property) to Excellent Fraud Investigations." Fred Livingston and Marc McDonald will discuss telemedicine investigations and the role of runners and Robert Abramson will lead a session on how to best use examinations under oath.
