Partners Kaitlyn Cramer and Frederick Livingston to Speak at ICLE's 11th Annual No-Fault Summit

Novara Law Partners Kaitlyn Cramer and Frederick Livingston will speak at the upcoming 11th Annual ICLE No-Fault Summit at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, MI, on April 18-19, 2024. 

Cramer will discuss "Bad Faith in Other States: Can We Predict Michigan's Future?" She will discuss the looming bad-faith legislation pending in Michigan and trends in other states, and assess what the impact could be for Michigan insurers, adjusters, plaintiffs, and lawyers. 

Livingston will be a co-presenter on "Handle Evidence in a PIP Case," a nuts-and-bolts approach to trying a PIP case.
