Novara Law Obtains Second Trial Victory in a Month

Novara Law Senior Partner Marc McDonald obtained a directed verdict for a client in Oakland County 52-4 District Court - the second win in a month for the firm's Insurance Defense legal team.

In the provider suit, the defense argued that the MRI facility billed for services above normal rates and that it had not established causation. Ultimately the court granted a directed verdict on the issue of causation.
