Scott Feuer Authors Chapter on Premises Liability in Updated "Torts: Michigan Law and Practice"

Lawyer Scott Feuer is the contributing author on the Premises Liability chapter in Torts: Michigan Law and Practice, to be updated and published by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. 

The book is a handy reference for premises liability law in Michigan and will be available in November 2021 in the Bookstore at www.icle.org/. 

Scott Feuer has 36 years of experience in defending insurance companies, their insureds and self-insured entities. His practice concentrates on the defense of high exposure litigation involving complex medical malpractice cases, catastrophic personal injury cases and fraudulent claims. He also handles a wide variety of civil defense matters including professional licensing, police misconduct, wrongful incarceration, liquor liability and general liability.
