Novara Law Obtains No-Cause Verdict in First-Party PIP Trial in Wayne County Circuit Court

Novara Law congratulates Partner Kaitlyn Cramer and Senior Attorney Sulvia Alsaigh on their First-Party PIP trial win in Wayne County Circuit Court. 

The plaintiff initially demanded over $300,000 in PIP benefits. During the course of the trial, the plaintiff dropped $100,000 of claims and the Novara defense team got another $75,000 in bills dismissed. The jury ultimately agreed that the plaintiff had not sustained an injury in the accident, resulting in a no-cause verdict.
